I’ll be tagging along if you don’t mind. I’m a new grower myself and I’m really eager to learn as much as I can. I’m also in week 3 of flowering going into week 4. It seems like its working out well for everyone here as most of us seem to be in week 3!

Not sure, used to be people thought green light was not seen by the plant at all but recent studies seems to show that green light is the deepest penetrating color of them all, personally I would not use it in flowering, in veg sure, they don’t care so much then.

Hey Hellraiser quick question do you recall how tall will your plants the gorilla glues, around 5 weeks were, and what was the height that you kept your light from the plant at 5 weeks also how many watts were you pumping out from your light at 5 weeks . Cuz I don’t know if it’s just me I just feel like they’re a little small maybe they’ll start exploding in the next few weeks but right now they’re small my girl looked at them and said are they going to get bigger because you ain’t going to get no buds off that shit I’m like they’re only 5 weeks it’s a grower not a shower

@Finesse00 I use a lot more light than most people. At 5 weeks, the GGs were about 14-15 inches tall under a HLG 260 bspec and 135 bspec about 400 watts combined and 24 inches above the plant tops.

I cant see it properly but are the lights on top of each other or is there space underneath it for the light to get to the plant?

They’re not on top of each other, the one light panel is closer and the double panel light is further back. Uneven I know, my OCD will force me to put a 4th light panel in there but trying to resist as I really don’t need any more light.

Am on day 4 of flip to 12/12 for flower. My night (low, lights off) temps are 68, my day time is 82 (lights on) temp.
Am thinking of flipping to lights on at night, and lights off during the day to stabilize the temps. However not having issues.
Do you see any possible future issue with the difference in temps? ( As the lights come on, the temperature jumps from 70 to 82 in about 30 minutes)
If I was to flip the light schedule, do I go lights off for the 24 hours to change?

No problem with temps having 10-15 degree difference between day and night, more of a replication of nature than if temps were similar between the 2, that would be unnatural. My daytime high is 77 and night lows are 67 (we like it cold at night, better sleeping), I want the 10 degree difference between night and day.
Yes, you could do the dark for 24 hours to transition to your new schedule if you wanted.

The climate you are in makes so much difference. Its winter here and under led I hold 22C/ 52% RH in veg with fans in/ out in a closed room (or my house if I leave the door open). I actually use the warmth of the living area to my advantage - so far… should never speak too soon…

I’m only at 250 Watts right now I’m wondering if I should crank as light up I mean there five weeks but they’re only like 10 inches tall dial watering I gave him two days ago really did good for them with that 3 mil of cal-mag and some of that grow big I think I put in there two capfuls per gallon their leaves really straightened out there looking good I could definitely tell there growing day by day maybe I’m just impatient or wondering if I could do more for them anything you would recommend me doing trimming wise for these two plants or should I just let them be I saw part where you said about taking away those bottom branches I like I said they’re only 10 in tall the plants I don’t know if I should just let them be in grow for two more weeks before they get transplanted it again

I’d just let them go, just keep giving them what they need and they’ll start taking off. You got plenty of light for vegging. Don’t compare your plant size to mine, I just had my 168th (I think) indoor harvest, my plants grow faster than most people’s as I’m very dialed in.

Started flowering, going 12/12
The dual outlet programmable timer worked great, turned off the HLG 550 at 7;30pm and turned on the 730nm far red and ran that light for 10 minutes and turned it off, nice. Bud city here we come.
