Hellraiser grows Gorilla Glue and other stuff

Is this regular maintenance for the indoor grower, or do you use it based on your particular past experience?

Are you taking about the Radix? If so, I’ve never used it, just got a free bottle recently with the HLG 550 rspec purchase. Think I’ll add some to my next watering and check it out.

If you’re talking about the leaf plucking to get light to the branches they were shading, that’s just how it works - get light to the parts you want to grow.

Hellraiser. I can afford this one if it will work for 4-6 plants. What do you think? Would like to start w 6 but can do 4 if this will work.

@dp69

Save yourself a headache and go with an HLG Quantum Board.

The spider farm might veg 3 plant, but it will only flower 2. The spider farm 4000 will do what you want.

But what you’ll pay for that, you’re better off going HLG.

HLG.

I’m sure you’ve seen this company recommended throughout this thread. Look at other lighting threads, you’ll also see HLG as the go to lighting company.

Which HLG should I get? Size for 4-6 plants? Like those prices better!

Any of the lights that have 4 RSpec quantum boards

The 600w QB288 Kit

Or the 550 V2 RSpec light

Or maybe the 320w kit would work for 4 plants.

What size is your area or tent?

I have a bedroom to grow in so plenty of room. Was going to use 1 side of the room.

Go with one of the first two lights I mentioned. Remember, we’re going off of area, not number of plants.

Pay attention to the flowering footprint. Also, for a good reference number, we want 50watts of light per square foot.

Stay away from Amazon lights. They’re garbage

Just an idea, get a smaller light, like the 260 kit. Try growing 2-3 plants Successfully and go from there.

I am looking that idea.

This is what I am going with. Thanks for the help.

Good light and can always add another later if you want more coverage/plants.

Hey @Hellraiser, got another question. I’m almost out of Mykos. Not sure if I should pick up another bag or not. I got the Voodoo Juice, Piranah, and Tarantula, so I don’t know if it’s necessary to still use Mykos. What do you think?
Thank you

Its grow space not plant number. a HLG-550 will light a 4x4 space.
A 260 will light a 2x4. I like that size the 260 is useful.

If you don’t mind me jumping in here dp69, you might consider this light. It has virtually the same components as the HLG or Spider Farmer S4000 for less money. I have two of these and they work very well. Also, the title says “kit” but this light is plug and play…no assembly required.

I never liked the spacing, I like the boards spaced out more.
