A lot has happened this week
Maggie is starting to look good after being fried from the HLG. Eve was fried as well and the decision was made to cull her.
R.I.P. Eve. I’ve since dialed the light back to
45 dli. Somewhere I messed up. Plants were getting 70+ dli I didn’t even realize until I had my hand above them and could feel the heat, the leaves were cooked on Eve, being an auto, there is no room for a week stunted growth, she had to go. Thought at first it was the Ocean Forest no it was light burn. Sooo anyways. I decided to start a new seed. A Hindu Kush Auto from Grower’s Choice Seeds. Fresh new seed.
The tent is in preheat mode. 80-81 farenheit humidity high. Maggie is liking it.
Here’s burned up Eve at 8 days. She had to go.
@Darodguy Maggie is the Amnesia Haze Auto, she’s in the solo cup to stay. Ruth is under dirt right now. She’s Hindu Kush Auto, in her 5gallon fabric home. I wish I would gave put Maggie in a full size Solo cup. This one is dollar store version 14oz. Oh well, I still gonna try to pull an ouce off of her.
JOURNAL STARTS HERE…Day 12 Maggie
…Towers Of Flowers II started out a little rough. Burned the first Amnesia Haze Auto (Eve) in the 5 gallon cause DLI was like 80…lol Still not sure how that happened. I culled her. But had a solo cup plant going named Maggie a few days behind her. I planted a brand new seed from Growers Choice, a Hindu Kush Auto
In Eve’s place. Never popped up after 6 days. So today the decision was made that Maggie will be the girl with the Towers Of Flowers. She a strong willed Amnesia Haze Auto. Gonna make a lot of flowers.
Did a surgical transplant from her Solo Cup into her final home. 5gal Fabric with Ocean Forest /Perlite 5:1. Same mix as the Solo Cup.
Pull cup out and voila…perfect hole.
I used tin snips to cut through the top rim of Maggie’s Solo Cup then finished the cut to the bottom with a razor blade.
Numbers are important.
I try to keep temp 79-82f and RH above 60%.
The girls thrive at this age in high humidity. But air flow is utmost importance. Don’t want mold!!!
Currently have a 6in clip fan blowing down above light. A tower fan oscillating at plant level and a 4in exhaust through an AC Infinity carbon filter. Passive air intake through bottom rectangular tent vent.
Oh yeah…the burples…purples…what ever you call them …are only for Heat . They’ll go away soon. There’s an HLG135rspec above her ready to BLAST set at 60% right now.
Thanks guys!!!. It was a rough start!!!. But we gonna make some TOWERS!!!..Maggie doesn’t even know she was transplanted. Just gave her a good drink to hold the soil together enough to make to her hole. She’s gonna be a BEAST!!! Stay tuned!!! Happy Girl!!!
I see it on the Google store. I have an iPhone and do not see it listed in the Apple app store. I use Photone, but would like to try another app to compare results. I am that way…
