I have always used 5 gallon buckets to grow in, but have recently come across some either six or 7 gallon buckets but I only had three and I needed one more so I realized I could just cut the bottom out of one 5 gallon bucket and when I inserted it in another 5 gallon bucket presto I had a 7 gallon bucket
