Both of these are White Widow Autos. This one is strange looking. Perhaps the fluffy bud syndrome? Looks like a bunch of seed pods but no seeds.
I’m very concerned about this one. The forecast is the mid to low 30’s tonight with high winds. It’s awesome right now but really needs another week. Any suggestions? Should I yank it?
