Yeah the pic looks like an Olympic bar. See your not doing as bad as you thought. I hike 9mi once a week and I don’t start my tracker for a couple miles so when it tells me I’m far off and I hit the end it’s a relief

That sounds like a killer workout. I may look into joining a gym when I can bench this set, 210 lbs 10 times. I figure 3 months

Yeah it’s a good work out. Sick was just camping in the area I hike thru. It’s a wildlife management area. The trail comes to a head about a quarter of a mile from where I am buying my house next month. 210 is a good workout. NFL rookie combine bench weight is 225. You’ll be right up there with the college football players man. I cant wait to see you pushing it like it’s nothing!

I use to fill .22 ratshot with rock salt lol. Kept it in a Ruger 10-22 with a 50 round banana mag. It won’t kill you but man I bet it hurts something aweful
