I have 4 gorilla zkittlez going outdoors in an 8 foot by 4 foot garden bed. The seeds are from this site and I used a blend of super soil, compost, worm castings and all the good stuff. My question is why would one get so much bigger than the rest? 3 of the 4 are around 5 foot tall but one of them is pushing 10 foot and has a lot more purple coloring than the others. I will try to get some pics posted later
Individual cannabis plants are cousins at best. There is going to be variation.

Thanks it just seemed so unusual for such variation between plants of the same strain. I thought maybe one of them leaned more to the gorilla glue or zkittles strain than the others. They are listed as averaging 170cm per plant but this one pretty much doubled that. For the record I’m not complaining just curious lol.
I’m 6’1" for reference and will try to post some more recent pics soon. One plant is ready for harvest one is about 2 weeks out and the biggest looks like it’s got a month or more to go. They were all planted on the same day and I’m worried the biggest won’t be ready before the frost starts setting in

These estimates are derived from extremely well controlled environments in very expensive setups and often cannot be replicated by hobby growers. The same goes for yields too. Yield estimates are often wildly off.

Crazy, right? I have the same scenario with my green crack autos. I’m growing inside, it’s all going well so far. Some of them are like 16 inches tall, a couple are half that height, that look like little shrubs. Really bushy with lots of little buds starting. I’m hoping that it will end up one large bud looking like a pineapple.
