Great info… and this is what I e slowly come to. Sabe on the fans for one and any catastrophic failure that could result from. Thanks for the good and nice info. I’ve squashed the commercial idea. Who needs those headaches and I couldn’t afford it. When at the end of the day I just wanna grow. I’ll be happy growing 12 or so for me. Plus if I can get a gig in the industry and keep learning. Double win.
So basically higher temp for beg and lower for flower… My brains spinning… I’ve been studying this for days
Now you have a plan, especially IF you get the gig to learn, especially on the business side of things, then once things stabilise in a few years, as it will take a few years for these markets to stabilise, you will be in a better position to possibly move into a more “artisanal” side of things in the future (hey, if people are stupid enough to pay 5 times as much as me for the same razor blades or coffee because they get it by a mail order “Butler” subscription service, if people can sell a Europallet with wheels and a bit of glass on top for almost half a grand by calling it a “hand made, recycled wood, coffee table”, the same will come for weed, as the average person is quite stupid).
Wish I could like this twice. Crude way to say it. But thats where the boom will be for smaller producers. ‘High end specialty’ weed. Hopefully genetics stay as quality as they’ve been becoming
You say it was a “crude” way of saying it, but I prefer the brutally honest.
I mean, when I was sitting in a smoke room in the 'Dam there was a bloke from Leeds in England who goes only to 'Dam, spends a ridiculous amount of money on overpriced “Californian” strains, ends up with too much for himself and ends up giving it away so he doesn’t get the risk of getting nabbed on the ferry home.
We’re talking €40-60 per g here, and the sample I tasted had nice tastes but wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. But he hands over hundreds of bucks worth before leaving.
I rest my case about the average person being quite stupid…
I’m learning more than when I first posted for sure. And you’re absolutely right?
I have my doubts about an artisan market with jacked up prices. The ordinary dispensary stuff is already so good, you can’t get much better.
That’s now, but when everything goes south with the inevitable race to the bottom then there may be a window of opportunity
The grow you are describing is like what “Treedom” did. They have an episode on a high times video that walks through their whole grow.
