GDP Color during flowering

For those whom are raising GDP girls. How long during flowering cycle does GDP begin showing purple color? Do all GDP turn color/purple, or does some stay green?

My indoor GDPs only got purple right at the end…and not the deep purple you sometimes see in pictures. Have grown 2 or 3 times. Have one outside now…will be interesting to see what it does.

So typically, the color phase indicates plant cycle is becoming complete, right

Yes,but some genetic variety means sometimes they are very purple. My understanding is letting it get cooler at night helps bring out the color.

Thank you.

I’ve got three big GDPs outside, and they’re starting with purple stems Inthe fan leaves as well as a bit of color on some baby buds. I’m hoping the CNY chill that should come in a few weeks will make the purple really come in (so it matches my hair!).

My GDPs never showed color either. Its all about the phenos. Cooler temps towards the end of the grow cycle will bring out what colors are there, or the cooler temps will slow down nute uptake and the color change is due to the slow down and deficiencies will start showing… but, since youll be at the end of your cycle, nute uptake slows down anyways.
