Hey everyone, just wanted to pass this along because it’s something a lot of people here might care about.
Aquaponic Dumme (Aquaponic_Dumme) has been part of the grow community for a long time and has spent decades sharing knowledge around cannabis botany and aquaponic growing. A lot of that has been done completely for free through guides, diagrams, videos, Facebook groups, YouTube, and by helping growers one-on-one. If you’ve been around ILGM or Overgrow for a while, you’ve probably come across his advice at some point.
Unfortunately, on December 6, 2025, a fire destroyed his apartment along with his entire aquaponic setup, equipment, and personal belongings. There was no fire insurance on the building, so he’s basically having to start over from scratch.
He set up a GoFundMe to help cover some basic necessities and to rebuild enough of his setup so he can continue teaching and offering free education to the community. The goal isn’t huge, and there are already a few donations, but every little bit helps.
