Made a trip to the hydro store today getting my uncleās setup together $80 for 3 part Jungle Juice monster bloom ph tester 15ā lamp cord to go with the 1000w mh/hps ballast Iām giving him. Got some new net pots for myself too and my usual tax free discount 
giving him 6 smart pots and some subculture-m as well as a very simple feed routine a little late for this flower cycle but will have him on right track for his next grow left Cal-mag out for now since heās cheap will let him see the improved results before telling him $20 more will make even more difference lmao.

This is for my Uncle not a random stranger he crushed his spine 20+ years ago in a sawmill accident fought the system for nearly 10 years to get any compensation eats T3ās like tic tacās. I am also not without my benefits in helping him it increases my network as he has several friends who smoke as well and I am miles ahead of him when it comes to supplying others. When I gave him an oz his response was I could get rid of 3/4lb on him a month between him and friends if I wanted. My response was an immediate enquiry into local prices which are 25% above my local I offered him a further 25% to give him chance to get an end out of deal his response was to show me his plants and basically state works better for him if I get the business. See he is truly a loving guy and would hand out his for free with a good sap story and anyone who knows him knows that.
I just feel if he isnāt willing to cover his personal costs by selling to friends at discount I can help him dial in a system for personal production low cost to him keeps people from knowing he grows and I donāt draw attention local and can afford to finance my hobby and earn a few dollars to go towards my renos
Donāt get me wrong I like to help people but often thinking several moves ahead and may always have a motive Karma. Been my experience that the most unassuming people can often be your best allies so manners and kind deeds can go a long ways in life the person you hold the door for at a store and share a few words with could be the same one interviewing you for a job months later

Well itās a feed day was hoping the uncle would be in town today was holding off to show him how to mix ph etc. We got 3-4" snow overnight followed by nearly another 6" in last 3 hrās the misses is going to be pissed when she gets home I didnāt drive her to work today. Something along the lines of we live in the north snowās all winter she has to get used to driving in it lol she has better tires newer vehicle front wheel drive her car handles better than my truck in snow I have to put my truck into 4x4 to get out of driveway in 4" snow rear end is too light. Calling for more snow over night so fairly sure I will have to drive her tomorrow

Did some grocery shopping today for some experimentation organic cane sugar and blueberry extract now since these are main sweetening agents in many products I figure itās worth a test.

Res change today target ppm is 550 root growth has been explosive and top growth has pretty much doubled since 3 days ago

will dial it up to 600 as I top off over next few days adding nutes 3ml a gal as I topp off unit will top them tomorrow they get 10 days then off to flower.
The Uncle took another 1/4 lb and put in request for some clones

lol only 16hrs round trip not too bad heās buying me out of stock at family discount about 1/2 what he pays local sells 3 gets his free and covers my growing expenses certainly wouldnāt give everyone 100 an oz price but 400 covers my costs between hydro and nutes for about 3 months and makes the woman happier with my hobby which as we know if you spend more on your plants than the misses they get pissy about it
Sending him clones also means when I want my strain preserved and back later I can have him start some cuttings for me adds to variety if I can swap mothers aroundand not have to wait on seeds to germ & sprout

Res dropped a gallon in last 24 hrs so added 1 gal and 15ml micro and grow ppm 500 ph 6.2 wonāt correct ph until next top off begining slow ppm dial up so ph will correct with added nutrients
