Found a couple seeds on a bud. Harvest?

My auto gg while I was inspecting it I noticed a little seed pod on a bud and pulled it and found a white seed. Found one other. Have two other plants in pre flower in the tent. The gg is 50 days old. Should I pull it and harvest it? Are the ones in pre flower safe? First grow so still learning alot. Ty.

Heres the gg at 50 days.

My other option is throw my cheap blurple on it in my small tent I’m gonna use for drying. Just thought I’d throw that out there. I’ve moved it even though its obviously already pollinated. Going to wipe down the main tent tonight. Those plants are all pre flower or younger so hopefully any pollen dies off quick enough.

If I move it to the other tent it wont have exauhst. Just a fan and light but that would give it more time to finish. Kinda lost here. I look over these plants very well and didnt notice it.

You’re positive it’s seeds?
If they were all in the same tent when that plant was pollinated chances are the other ones were exposed to what I’m guessing is hermie pollen also . Check all the plants for pollen sacs , bananas . Chances are damage is already done once that pollen started flying.

Even if they havnt flowered? Going to scrub the tent tonight. Moved the culpirate to the other tent til I figure out what to do. I read pollen can only survive like 14 days or something.

110% Nice dark mature seed.

I should say I’m not too overly concerned with seeds as I’ll dig them out and this Is just for personal use. Just want to make sure the problem doesnt snowball but if the ones in pre flower do end up pollinated they shouldn’t be a concern besides being seedy I’m assuming?

Pollen is robust enough to last for months; however, moisture will neutralize it. Spraying your tent down with plain water is an excellent way to eliminate further fertilization.

Where were your GG seeds from?

The pollen sacs tend to fall off after they’re spent, so if you found mature seed it’s likely the sacs are already gone.

The seeds aren’t the end of the world. I’m old enough that most of the flower I got when I started was full of seeds. You just pick them out.

Ya I’ve dealt with seeds plenty as a kid lol. Not the end of the world. So youd suggest finishing it in my spare tent then? I’m going to spray it down good and hope the other plants didnt get hit by it. Only 2 are pre flower so still a couple more that should be fine. Thank you!

Oh and seeds were ilgm auto gg

My conditions weren’t stressful either.
20/4
73 to 75 with lights on, 62 with them off
Used 1/4 nutrients
Runoff Ppm was always good. 1000 to 1600 during flower so far
PH always 6.2

Trying to figure out what i did wrong. Lst was a bit heavy with the bending and stuff. Not sure what else it could be

I’ve never grown an auto but from what I have read the are a touchy breed as far as stressing them .
I must have mis-read your post I thought all of the plants were in flower. . Like @KeystoneCops said give it a good wash down and that should mitigate the pollen . Flower the one with the seeds in a separate space as far away as you can get from any other plants thAt will be going into flower, pollen is insidious :v:

Got it thank you! Got the spare tent ready to go. Not a fan of seeds but hey the buds look good so hopefully it turns out decent.

Nice an frosty . I’m guessing a banana popped out somewhere on her, fortunately they don’t usually go full seed on you just a few here and there.

Thanks a lot guys. Was stressing for a second since this is my first plant but then again some of the best stuff I’ve smoked I’ve found seeds in. Not preferred but that’s why theres a backup tent lol. Keeping a much better eye on the other plants.

Yes, Seedy bud and a thorough cleaning ahead would be your worst case. My first grow was a hermie and I finished him/her , it was a pretty good smoke once I pulled all the seeds

Already recruited my wife to help tent clean tonight hah

I’ve had a ILGM GG Auto hermie on me too. It was from over water after a 3 week summer storm rolled through and the soil wouldn’t dry out. But!!! And this is a big but!!! It depends on WHEN your plant goes hermie. If it happens late in flower, ride it out and pull her just before 75% of the pistols go red. You won’t have developed seeds and the product will still be good because the plant already put the thc production into the process. Your call, I only did this if the plant was alone and no risk of pollen distribution.

Ya it’s in it’s own tent now. One seed was fully formed and getting dark but slightly green. Cleaned main tent.

I think its def worth finishing. Couldn’t find anymore seeds on the big bud. Found the bud with the banana I think so gonna let it ride.

Id finish them right where they are if thats the best place. A few seeds is definitely nothing to get upset about. The dope will still be good if the weed is allowed to finish. Also, the seed will be more viable if left longer in the maturing bud. While many wont grow hermie seed out, we chuck them out the window on logging roads when it rains in the spring! Never know? Could get some free weed !
