Flowers and seeds developing

I bought Grand Daddy Purple feminized seeds. It’s close to harvest time and I noticed little yellowish flowers forming on a few tiny buds around the bottom stem of a few main buds. These are indoor plants.
Is this caused by faulty seeds?
If I hadn’t found, pruned and discarded them, could my entire crop have been ruined?
Sincerely,
Panicked in NY

I see no evidence of seeds. How about more pics? Those look like nanners, but I’d like to see another pic.

The ones I found, I examined them under a scope and tore them apart in the process. Two long brown hairs attached to a tiny green pod, which looks like a seed starting. The yellow “flowers” seem to have 4 segments. I’ll try to get more pics if I find more. Ive only ever seen this on outdoor plants.
Thank you for your response!

For some reason my pic won’t load, but it looks like you have nanners that are open, and some that are in the process. Those white areas, without hairs, look reeeeeally suspicious. Can you get a few more pics?

Not saying you may or may not have possible seeds or nanners but what you stated is a normal female. The calyx do swell up as this is what a bud is made of. And “IF” pollinated, this is where she would develop a seed but they still swell up without pollination and seed bearing.

They are mature female calyxes. Males have no hairs protruding.

Been awhile. Sorry! Yes, its the “white” areas (actually yellowish) that I was concerned about, not the pods with hairs like some thought i was referring to. They looked similar to male flowers and i thought i might have a hermaphrodite. So, no actual seeds developed but, i was worried about pollen coming from the nanners.
That would be my final question.
Thanks! Tom
