Here is one cut 1/3
and the other all there. Good Luck
Absolutely! So really what I meant was just referring to fan leafs. Not the ones growing from the bud itself, but the big ones that are shooting out off all the main branches. As long as they have a stem and are sticking off of the plant at least my like a 1/4 inch, you can snip them. The idea is to leave all the bud sights to absorb the light rather than the fan leaves below, or above them.
So you’re second guess would be right, it’s just referring to the stems of the leaves itself! You may also remove small branches of the plant , by the bottom of the stalk itself, if they are not growing higher enough to penetrate your canopy, but that part is something you DONT have to do. I’d
Hope that helps, and ill answer any other questions you have ![]()

@robnic I like this technique and this is what it will turn out like…I call it the bouquet but most say lollipop…all of the stuff you are removing is what she will not put much effort into and so it is not of much value to you

absolute legend. thanks so much
Looking beautiful!
Week 3 (21 days) is when to defoliate the first time. This is when I’d do the initial lolipopping along with defoliation of most or all fan leaves.
Week 6 (42 days) is when to defoliate the second time! Removing all the fan leaves a second go.
Cheers, @Papichulo915 !
