How long has it been in flower? Have you checked the trichomes? 
As @Flitme said we need a little more details. How long have you been in flower. And check the trichomes on the bud it self and not the leaves. A jewelers loop would definitely help out with checking the trichomes. If almost all of the trichomes are a milky color rather then clear then you’re good to harvest. You wanna see mostly cloudy, as that will be at the most potency. Amber color overdue.
