@Athrush when replying to someone specific hit the arrow in their message and to give them an IM use the @ symbol to start scrolling through addresses and they’ll get Notifications. 
Otherwise you wait longer for the message to randomly appear in their thread inbox. Takes longer and can get overlooked easily. Keep us updated!!
