I need help! Live in Upstate NY. Ive never grown and I dont trust just anyone telling me when its time to harvest… its getting down into the 40’s at night no frost yet! Is this plant ready? Might need more pictures…

White pistils need to turn orange/brown and trics white to part amber

Ill trade you some coolness for some heat… 
We had a heatwave of about 93F to 103F right when I was trying to dry my plants…Go figure…

Little bit longer. Wait for the red pistils to begin to draw back in to the flowers and to be about 80% red pistils to white. Also, from what I’ve read, a light frost or two won’t hurt if the daytime temps are getting back around 60-70 and it gets to warm back up. Thats just what I’ve read. In in SE TX so its still warm here.

Have you seen the lows for next week? Its looking like between 38 and 37 a few mornings and rain. Highs i think 50s. Will the plants be ok?
Weeds are really resilient I’ll probably cut my girls next week Thursday
