What kind of light is that? Watts? That’s about where I keep my lights. As the plants stretch I raise the lights as needed.
I’m set to watching. I curious about hydroponics.
I have goldleaf a few days old and waiting on Sour d to pop.

They are two QB132 I made the light, very happy with the results. It’s legit like daylight in there, looks like I have a MH in there lol. I have it dimmed a bit and slowly increasing it over them.

Wasn’t sure if it even helps or not just figured full blast probably wasn’t good right away.

What kind of CFL are you running? I’m trying to figure out a cheap setup for seedlings

I used the 75w equivalent for about a week, they are the cheapest to go for sure. I ended up putting under my normal light as it’s not to much more to run it.

Ok so ive read to much about these quantum boards and im in love i gotta have one i have a 3x3 tent looking to put a good quantum board in there what size should i get i plan on upgrading tent next grow tho

All i will need to buy is the tent i have just about everything ill need for a second tent except the light would you still suggest i wait?

I meant for lights. I wouldn’t buy them for small tent if you’re moving to a bigger one.

Well i would like to run two of the same light in a 5x5 so I figured i could go ahead and buy one now while i had the extra money

Makes sense, there’s just not a lot of good lights for a 3x3 that are also good in a 5x5.

Ok so i have a plan let me know what you think. My plan is to keep get a quantum board for the 3x3 and then buy another tent probably 4x4 and put another quantum board in it and use it strictly for flowering and plant 3 to 4 plants every other month

Sounds like you’ve caught to growing bug.:grin:

I say if you have the space and resources to set that up have at it. You’ll have more bud than you know what to do with before too long.

260 xw or 320 xw both good kits for a 3x3. You don’t really need bigger than the 260 kit, but may fit better in future arrangements.
