First grow update. Early gender identification

See there between the nodes. I still think it’s too early to determine, but I’m definitely getting the vibe that this will be a female plant. No pistules popping out from the ends of those little preflowers, but they’re elongated. Wish the magnified pic had come out more clear. Any one at all have any opinions on they’re guess of gender?

the little makeshift magnifying glass won’t allow a clear shot but you you can see the pre flowers elongated form

ah negative! Those plants are far too young to see pistols! The stipules arent even there yet. You havent even got any branch nodes forming. Patients my friend, give the plant a few weeks and maybe then you can sex it?

You dont read very well. I stated no pistules yet, but thanks anyway.

To be fair you said " no pistules ( sp ) popping out from the ends of those pre flowers, but they’re elongated. I dont see any pre flowers anywhere? Way too early for them. How can something be elongated if its not there?
Dont tell me I didnt read it because clearly I did. You asked a question and I gave an answer, no need to be a dink about it. We are a friendly community and are willing to help, there are many here that have years of experience and are willing to share it with you. Please be kind. I merely said, be patient, the plant has much growing to do before it shows its sex. If you want to pay for it you can snip a piece of leaf off and send it for analysis and it can be sexed that way. Usually cost 5 bucks per plant plus shipping and handling.

perhaps what you are calling pre flowers are actually emerging branches? Once the branches pop out you will see 2 green horn looking things called stipules on either side of the branch. Then about 4 to 6 weeks later you may begin to see male or female parts begin to show between the stipules and the branch. Hopefully this helos and sorry if we made you upset, not my goal here.

Spensy I can see what u mean, “grasshopper” sounding condescending. But Ive seen Repins posts for months now. Have never seen him rude or mean-spirited to anyone. After Cann called u “my friend” I think Repins meant it as a term of endearment too. Dude, lighten up! Come to my page. Lets be friends!

What you have in pictures looks like stipules, and not an indication of sex. Both male and female plants can have them.

That would make information posted by other members accurate, and definitely not worthy of name calling. Please read the forum the policy linked below, there won’t be anymore warnings.
