Drooping around light on or off (or around watering time) is normal. Note the cyclic drooping in the following time-lapse video.

Welcome to the neighborhood. The first time I saw the drooping I freaked out. But like you I was assured it was perfectly normal. You have a beautiful garden going there. Happy growing :v::blush:
