6 ā€œmatureā€ AKA flowering per person up to 12 per household. The limit on immature plants is less clear so Iā€™ve also been treating it like 6 per person with no tangible upward limit. I had a 3 person household so I figure thatā€™s 18. Between mature and immature, up to 30. :grimacing:

I donā€™t actually know how many I have.

We both did. Well. I tried to grow my basil to collect pollen. It didnā€™t really make it - he had to live in the garage without any heat or real lighting. He kinda just shriveled and surrendered.

@Graysin sounds like your poor Basil plant didnā€™t stand a chance! I wished I could find a way around the 4 plant rule!

I mean, for what itā€™s worth itā€™s a civil penalty of $250 for up to 10 plants if you got caught. A Class 1 misdemeanor for 49 or fewer. :rofl: not exactly the kind of penalties that keep me up at night.

Now that you put it that way :joy:. I guess it wouldnā€™t be the end of the world!!! I have two additional households in which I could put in 4 more plants each if I only lived closer to keep up the feedings each day!

Tbh if your state is legal i canā€™t imagine they would sweat you or even try as long as you arenā€™t growing crazy outside in a residential neighborhood or something.
