Cheers. Every days a learning curve when it’s your first go. I hear what your saying about the light potentially not being good enough. But I’m hoping it will do for the 2 plants I have. That small plant took forever to properly root and wat begind the others. Hopefully make enough money to invest in a high end light and another 2 tents. 1 for clones and veg, 1 for flowering and a small 1 for drying. Constant cycle.
Far as I can tell they look pretty good… Can you take some pictures with the grow light off? That way we can see the color of your plants…
I’m starting to worry about my light now after your comment. Did some digging and the actual power is only 105w. WTF such a rookie mistake. I assumed 600w meant 600w. I probably have enough budget left for a £200 light any suggestions. Dont want all this effort to result in a low yield because I bought a crap light. Is it worth switching to a HPS for the flowering stage
I’m LED Guy for a lot of reasons… If you’re a build your own thing guy I can give you references of who to talk to you… If you don’t want to engineer it and build it yourself HLG has a Lotta good kits for a reasonable price… Go to the grow light depot and check it out… Good prices free shipping and killer customer service…
Thanks alot. Appreciate your help. I’m looking at quantum boards etc. But so nervous about picking the wrong light again. I’ll check out HLG. I’ll look into building my own next grow I think. To be safe I’ll get one pre made to finish this grow.
The plants look healthy to me but a good light is important @dbrn32 can help you find the best bang for your buck… He has help me build three lights and he’s very knowledgeable on the store-bought stuff…(edit)… The HLG kits are complete and they’re big ones only take about 25 minutes to assemble with clear instructions and videos… Just sayin… Might save you some money…
