Nice job on the pumpkin. Im not a good carver at all. My wife decided we should paint some pumpkins. She painted a sugar skull pumpkin so i tried to do one cuz she needed a protectir pumpkin, she cant be out there alone lol ya thats the excuse im using. So we did these. Im not sure what the whole sugar skull thing involves to qualify but i tried. Fun while i was high
I tried to form Halloween in his teeth, pretty hard to see but the effort was there.

So I was playing around yesterday and tilted 4 pots on about a 45°📐for half a day and got them to do this.
I like how much they will move to capture the proper amount of light an all. just thought it was neat. Could be a way to make lst even less stressful. Having the leaves pointed one way and tie it down the other way so their pointed up after you tie it down. Just a thought.
The Auxin hormones is the reason why your ladies bend towards the light. Here’s a video that might help explain.

So I took apart the grow box today and rebuilt it. It should be better now. Moved the 2 side mirrors down so they are actually being utilized properly. Added a vent with a furnace filter in front to keep the animal hair out whIle letting fresh air in. Might need to put one in the top. Gonna have to see how the new tempsite keep inside. ALSO I noticed that my rh has jumped up 20ish% which is good too. Sitting at like 45% when I put everything back in. We will have to check that too when we get back from the kids hockey. I think that this design will work out better than the previous. Already noticed that it seems brighter in there with the mirrors moved down. An tomorrow’s pay day. Gonna get some bigger pots for the Lil ones. And I think that I get to order my led light tomorrow too. An I’ll be picking up some orchid an African violet nutes also (can’t forget them) an a pH pen too. Don’t like the strips. Haven’t decided on a mars 300 or a viraspect 300 yet. Will have to see what the prices are at the hydro store are like. But I’m getting excited again. Both the wife and I are quitting smoking cigarettes so there should be like another $600 -$900 floating around now too. Been 2 weeks for the wife and I haven’t bought a pack in a week. Started vaping. Way cheaper an I still get my nicotine. I’ll eventually quit. But right now $21 for a month compared to $450 is much better. But ya I’ll have pics to post, after I get home from hockey, and show you guys what my brain designed this time for the home made grow box (which believe it or not has cost me nothing so far to build. Other than $20 or so for the parts to make my temp light. Quite amazed at that part). So this next week or so will be used to dial in the booth properly an see what these lil guys are gonna do.

You will get better light to your plants by taking the mirrors down and just painting the inside of the box. Flat white actually reflects the light that is good for your plant a lot better . Not sure why but I would think nothing reflects like a mirror but it actually absorbs quite a bit of light . Looks nice that is a great diy grow though .

Definetely with @Oldstoner on the mirror and painting the walls a flat white you"LL notice the warmth and reflective immediately. I’m no good with lights , I"d call on @Yoshi, @Aquaponic_Dumme.
I also switched to Vaping , soo much better, the govt. doesn’t want people to know how effective it is. And you Will cut down faster and easier than smoking reg cigs. You"re going to have tons of money in your pocket soon and feel Much better, adding much years to your life. And check this out you can make weed vape juice also. Justt read it in the "Guides " section .

They are actually stainless steel. Not mirrors. So no layer of glass to trap the light as heat. At least that part I researched good. Just had to move them down cause when I first built it I had theM right at the top, the side ones are only 30"×30" the back one is 30"×60" tall. So they were useless sithing at the top. So I moved them more into the middle. And the blue sheet is laminate floor cushion/insulation. One side is shiney and reflective. Been working good so far.

Hummmmm very interesting.
And their stainless steel mirrors. Straight stainless steel. No glass to absorb the light as heat. An since moving them down I have already noticed a difference in how much light is hitting the plants now. I am gonna paint all the wood inside white once this grow is done tho. But for now this will do fine.

Ya that’s $15 a pack a day. Well just under $15 a pack. Which is about $450-$465 a month. So ya time to quit.
And I thought 5 bucks a pack was bad
