First grow...advice please!

Are you saying hang whole jack h plant? It’s completely different than the others…short and dense…it still has a couple of weeks to go.
This is nail-biting stuff. :grimacing:

Roots carry a couple of different cannabinoids that are beneficial. You can wash them off really well then either juice them fresh or dry them and use as a tea. I have way too much other stuff to do it but my mom has tried juicing them.

I’ve been looking at strains with more calxy to leaf ratios, that means more buds and less leaf to trim, won’t post a link because it’s a seed bank, but look up high calxy to leaf ratio

So how do I get testing done on my plants? I’m making feco from most of this and I’d really like to know the thc/cbd content. Also, I want to compare between what the seeds are supposed to be, and what they really are.
Are there any affordable home testing kits…that work?

Depends on where you live. If you’re in a legal state you can find labs that will test for you. Cost isn’t cheap from what I’ve heard. But if you’re not in a legal state not much you can do since mailing it across state lines becomes a federal issue. Every lab is different on what they require you to provide for testing as far as material amounts.

Cheers @Mrcrabs. I found the article in question…will keep in mind when seed shopping! Thinking of going autoflower for next grow…looking for quicker turnaround to keep me in feco!

I figured it would be difficult. I’ll just have to trust the descriptions from the seed supplier…I would imagine the suppliers Dutch Passion, and Barney’s Farm are pretty straight up…they have good reputations. I also appreciate the final potency depends on my curing abilities. Oh the pressure! :flushed:
