With that 40g of trimming there (Larfy buds and leaves/stems), I can use that for butter yeah? Pretty sticky stuff, and as I understand it pretty much everything has THC in it at chop time.

I’ll let others chime in on the issue at hand. You can certainly make budder w the larfy etc.
I would imagine letting it dry a bit would be ideal but I’m not 100% sure.
Depending on your RH you could let it dry a week and potentially be fine

Wait a week for it to dry to make budder, otherwise there will be too much moisture, making drcarb harder and making your budder taste swampy.

@blackthumbbetty Sounds like you’re the person to ask… Can I use fan leaves to cook with? I’m in late veg just about to flip… will leaves have thc in them? Been watching this show “Cooked” where the chefs are simply cutting up fan leaves and throwing them in the dishes. My lady and I can’t wait till harvest we want to reap the benefits of these girls already! Lol

Got everything hung up yesterday to dry, set my dehumidifier and oscillating fan on low and just going to let it dry nicely over the course of the week.
But man, this VA humidity and heat is a crock of sh*t!

I’ve read that it needs to be between 35-50% RH in your drying space and about 70-75 degrees - but I could be wrong!
