Figuring out about watts on lighting

@beardless, very good idea! If have the electrician do the wiring in a garage. But I don’t do not think many people need an extra 60 amps of circuits in a bedroom. Kinda a dead give away there.

Best way would be to find someone friends or family recommend that does side jobs. As far as what to tell them, depends on where it’s going. I did work like this at one point, and i was asked to install 4 20 amp circuits in basement family room for bit coin mining. When i got done measuring and checking service panel i told homeowner that two lights he had in garage would run 2-3% more efficient at 240v and both would run on a single circuit he had an “oh shit” moment. He didn’t know that his buddy was also my buddy, but i did. That’s the only reason I took the job.

Sorry for late response. Just figure out where you need your circuits, like dedicated outlets on the floor joist where the utility openings are of the grow tent, or if in a bedroom where you want them cut in the drywall. These guys do this stuff everywhere and in anycase. If they ask say, bc i want them!
