Well now that everything is 100% complete from the outdoor grow this year, I decided to throw a couple of Blue dream Autos in an earth box inside. Right now they’re just little seedlings as pictured below but I look forward to posting as we move things forward and see how they do
I also added a picture of the temple ball I made from the G13 trim in the outdoor grow came out pretty damn good!!
Nice. Totally forgot I made the temple ball from the CBD hash. Mm. Maybe I should forget for a few more weeks and let it set for a while still lol. Sweet job I’ll be watching
Happy birthday and thanks for the tag! I look forward to following along. The temple ball is amazing. Haven’t tried making bubble hash yet, but it’s on my list. How much trim did it take?
Probably about a pound but I didn’t really weigh it out. I did get 2.1 lb of dry nugs from one plant so I was pretty happy about that. And yes it did come out very delicious
Full disclosure the previous picture was from about 3 days ago, today I placed them in my tent at 68% humidity and 79° Fahrenheit. This is where I need some advice, so I haven’t done too many autos yet just curious if I should transplant them now or wait until they’re a little bit more mature. The earth box does have some nutrients in it all organic but I did a cover crop and chopped it down about a week ago I’m in my second cycle with this set up.
I just don’t want to negatively affect the plant but I also don’t want to stunt it by waiting too long.
In the picture I have two blue dream autos and the rest is sweet white Elysium
I’m not an expert, but when I grew my GGA I transplanted it 2+ weeks after it sprouted without any issue or stunted growth. However, it was in a larger pot. I know a lot of people say just plant autos directly in their final home, but I think If you’re careful/gentle, they aren’t root bound and you add a little Mycorrhizal product its fine to transplant. You just want to avoid stunting growth since they have a short veg period. When you transplant, do you just put the entire plug in soil? If so, you could probably transplant now without any ill effects.
