My fan is off at night, that’s generally the only time it gets cold like 60 degrees. Umm switching the light cycles would probably offset it a little bit. I could probably do 8pm to 8am light and it would fit within the times I’m available to do watering and whatnot.
Should I let them go dark for 24 hours or risk giving them light for 24 hours or slowly rotate the light cycle over?
As long as the next dark cycle is 12hrs or more both are fine.

The fading continues. I’m tempted to reintroduce grow nutrients along with the bloom to the tune of something like 4ml floranova bloom and 1ml floranova grow per gallon until the 8th week or so.

I would give them some N for sure bud. That bottom yellowing like that screams they need N.

Should I watch out for PPM going too high? I think that might put me in the 900 ppm maybe 1000 range. I feel like I’m holding on just barely. I just gotta get em through checks watch 7 more weeks…
I might be crazy too but these buds seem big compared to my last grow at this time. I’ve been in 12 we for less than 3 weeks.
Ppm run off or ppm feed water? 500 or 700 scale?

The ppm of my feed water will be round about 900-1000 if I go with 4ml bloom and 1ml of grow.
Im generally around 650-800 on 4 mls

When I was growing with bottled nutes I would feed around 1000 ppm in flower but I did not feed every water. Mostly did a feed, water, water, water, feed thing. I kept my run off 800 to 1100 ppm. If your plants say they need more I would read your plants and give more. Have you checked run off numbers?

Not in a few waterings. I was hitting them hard with the grow nutes toward the end of veg and the tips started to curl but I never really got them any greener for some reason. I know for sure the pH isn’t off I’ve been mixing these same batches forever and a take good care of the pH meter.

A run off reading is the only way to know. Get some numbers. I would check ph of run off as well as ppm. Make sure she aint locked out.

I was able to check the run off numbers the other night. My input was 150 ppm at 6.5 pH and my run off was about 900 ppm and 6.3-6.4.
Afterwards I checked the blue lab pH pen in pH 4 and pH 7 buffer to make sure it was reading correctly.
I’ve raised the basement temp so it at very least doesn’t drop below 65 at night and outside temps are starting to get better now so hopefully it will stop? The fan leaves are like 90% yellowed on 2 of the plants but all the sugar leaves look really healthy still. Buds are are a fair size for mid week 4. Hopefully they pull through for another 5 weeks.

Hmm man. Those numbers seem good to me. But the plants are screaming for something. N or so It looks. Idk.

I top dressed with a little fresh ocean forest. Other than doing that idk cuz I don’t wanna cause a full lock out by throwing 5-6 mils of synthetic nutrients in per gallon or decrease the P K coming up on week 5 of flower. We will see hopefully they stay stable over the next few weeks. If they make it to week 7 with somewhat normal looking bud growth I’ll be happy.

I bet the top dress will help. And ur buds seem to be forming nicely. I would not want to cause a lock out either.

After spending the last hour picking closely through the canopy and pulling shriveled leaves I am way more impressed with the bud growth on this run than I thought I would be. The plants are much smaller than the last run but I would be surprised if I don’t clear 8 ozs dry. Way less variation in the terp profile of this strain. Every one has a fruity sweet aroma that could be interpreted as a strawberry smell. I’m liking the main line method because all the main colas looked pretty solid and massive as I was going through them.

Oh ya man those are some dense looking buds. And have time to get fatter. I would be happy with them.

Well, tomorrow starts week 8 so it looks like I was able to beat the fade to harvest. I’m already starting to see amber trichomes so I may harvest at end of week 8? I’m not positive. They were supposed to be a long flowering strain but maybe I just stressed em to maturity a little early or something.

Wow, they did great. Those are some massive colas. I would be proud of those right there!!!

Thanks man, it was a little rough this go around but I’ve really appreciated your encouragement.
I can’t wait to see this same strain grow during summer temps. I think next go around I’m gonna have 2 strawberry cough and 2 early skunk going.
