Drooping plant. I dont know why. DWC

Made up a chiller water reservoir today. Not the tote i wanted but thats what i had to work with for now. Just clean water in the chiller system. I think its got about 12.5 gallons in it. @DanB

Bud did you cut the bottom of the bucket, I’m not sure how that’s gonna work I’m very interested to see, looking like a lot of space where water can’t get to?

Unless bc I’m still half asleep, or you cut the lid of the bin to drop bucket in and have the tote cycle cooled water around the bucket.

Second version. Dwc sitting in a tote of chilled water. They dont mix. Similar idea of when you ran the chilled water through the hose inside your dwc bucket. I considered a smaller reservoir inside the dwc but for it to work well the reservoir would take up too much real estate inside the bucket, cant grow big without going to bigger bucket or upgrade to tote. 5 gal dwc is perfect for my setup. No need for larger for what im doin. So i just put the chiller on the tote of fresh water and set the bucket on a tupperware bowl for a spacer so i can still use the sight tube on the side of the dwc bucket. Now the dwc sits in the cold water

How big is too big for the 5 gal dwc bucket? Now i know! Shes a monster. During flush and solution change yesterday, she tipped over. Only thing i could come up with was to tie her to the light to keep her upright. Next run i plan to veg half the time, but with 2 plants in one bucket, and maybe using both dwc buckets (4 plants total). Ill have to upgrade my chiller reservoir.

I just pulled a 19oz plant from a 5 gallon last month! :sign_of_the_horns: trained her to go wall to wall of my 4x4!
