Don't want to freak out but what is this?

I know I should probably not open my tent everyday but can’t help it. I marvel at the plant we all grow. So sitting looking at every leaf and bud I noticed this little bugger. Only found one, should I worry?

@Mucluc , that critter looks like a
Female carpenter ant , are u growing outside or ? , Ladybugs ~ praying mantis are voracious bad bug eater’s, ur leaf what’s going on with the dark spots?

A friend gave me a bag of lady bugs for my tent. I didn’t have any problems that I knew of. They have been in the tent for a month and I see one from time to time. They must be eating something. Hydroponic stores usually have some.
