I would add 1.25ml of the micro and bloom, then check. Keep doing that till you are where you want to be. then ph every thing. Re check your ppms and record the numbers if you do that 
@Not2SureYet Ok, so I have fed my plants with the amount you told me to try out. For 1 gallon of Purified water that went in at a pH of 5.8 and had a ppm of 730 when everything was done. The runoff showed a different story, the pH came out at 6.4 and the ppm was at 259.
Don’t know if it takes time for it to change from last feeding or what, but from what I know that is not something you want. Any ideas or not to worry much.

You are now on the right track my friend. It will take time for things to balance out. Not as long as with soil though. Your run off shows you have been under feeding your plant, Right now. the 735 is a great range for you to be in, I doubt you will see much if any changes in your leaves. They look pretty hammered. But you should see you plant show you she is happier now.
