Bear Bryant once said in a post-game squeak past win; “I’d rather be lucky than good”.
B64 you got one heck of a clonatorium and seedtacular running over there!!! Good to hear from you friend and I’m glad everything’s looking healthy and happy your way!! Keep on keeping @Bunger64
Bear Bryant had Mad coaching skills to go with his good luck.
He was one of the greatest college football coach’s ever. 6 national titles. I was a USC fan back in the day. 1978 Alabama and Usc both claimed the National title. USC coach John Robinson won coach of the year. He was another one of those lucky bastards but not on the same level as Bear.
Roll Tide Gromie!
Denver and the metro are ridiculous now. I cannot wait to retire and move. Been in the same house here since 2005. Time to go. The sanctuary crap and homelessness has skyrocketed since well you know…
You grow some purty stuff, pretty much all the time. Although I love your submission, I had to give another grower the chance at the coveted BOM trophy this time.
Hey you know im always around but get lost in all the Wonderful Pharms going on. Just trying to get some fresh stock growing. Handful of regs from @TransplantedFarmgirl trying those, im always proud to grow others beans.
I appreciate the kind words Brother
I can definitely respect that decision my friend. That’s what makes the world so unique is our different preferences and personalities.
As I said I loved your plant. I only put this out there as there have been folks on here that think we all just vote for our buddies or a colorful plant which you have both bases covered.
Keep that frost comin!
Nope nope nope nope ain’t having that Bro!!! I love it when people stand up for what they believe in and do what’s right and not what’s easy!!!
Yes Sir I’ll try my best!!!
I hope everyone votes objectively
Yeah I moved to Denver in 2015 after grad school right as half the country did too. I moved there because of a lifetime love of the small town big city feel but that disappeared quick. Found it again in Michigan though.
I moved here in 05 as mentioned. Bought a house for 137k that is now worth 560k. I just cant get the wife to agree to the sell and find something somewhere else for 250 to 300k and sit on the rest and retire and grow weed!!
Man that’s lucky. Definitely man. My wife is work from home and makes enough for both of us in the sticks so I’m stay at home Dad and cannabis farmer. We were in the rent race though so just glad to no longer be throwing away all our savings. I got out there right as houses started really going up and figured it would bubble. Never did and then prices got out of control. My wife and I both have masters in engineering/tech and maybe could have swung it but not while affording the life we want. Plus I’m too introverted for that many people, it got crowded quick. Overloved is how I would describe Denver in one word. We’re on six acres with 100 acres of state land on our property line now and got it for way less than we were looking at any postage stamp lot for.
Not fond of the Denver area or the Springs at all. I do enjoy the Fort Collins area though
No Big city feel here we as small as small gets and getting smaller every yr! Pop went down another hundred 700 now. @MedLifeCrisis
Are you in Michigan too?
Fort Collins is super nice and has a great mix of farm, tech, and University culture. I prefer Nederland to Boulder and Manitou Springs to Colorado Springs.
Yes I am born and raised moved to the area I am in when 11, 61 now, born In Dearborn, moved up by the bridge when dad sez it time to get the flock out of here.
