My next grow is underway and looking better. Orange light makes them look pale but they’re lush looking

I sure hope my girls get a little tougher when flowering time comes. As of now they won’t take 18hrs of my 135rspec at full power without stressing out bad for the last 3 or 4 hours of the day. Backed off the output power this morning to see what they look like after work today. Gonna have to run my new 350R at minimum power until flower time. I’m guessing.

Just talked to tech support at hlg and the 350R is such a new item they have very little to no info on hanging height and how much power to use other than the test results on their website. I told them i would keep some records of how it performs for me under certain conditions and they were quite pleased to accept my feedback…

Got the 350R hung yesterday. This light is awesome! The knob has 10 notches you can feel for dimming. Still no indication of actual wattage but are least there are notches.

I run the 650r now. Was thinking of changing one of my CMH315 for that. But the configuration is a little weird for a 3x3 . It is 34 length. Which makes it super tight for a 3x3. But would be a ton of light.

It definitely is! Had mine been a true 3x3 i would have got the 300l but mine is actually 39x39 which makes it a perfect fit at the top of my tent.

Looking at the light myself I don’t know how it’s not too much light at full power but not by much. No doubt I’ll have plenty of coverage in the corners. I still have a foot of space to grow into before I’ll even be 20 inches away from the light

@Covertgrower. You guys can probably delete this topic as i don’t intend to use it anymore myself. Was just trying to get some info about my new light before I got it. Turned out to probably be the best investment I’ve made. Between it and my 135 rspec I will be harvesting enough to satisfy my needs!!!

Yeah as advised above, can’t go wrong with HLG , if you haven’t use them before my only advice would be hardening your plants first
What size ? This HLG light are top quality , the only thing you need to watch it’s if you have the correct light coverage for your space
