When I grew in soil I only flushed once to reset the PH, I consider the run off a mini flush or rinse

If you’re using Fox farm nutrients, it calls for flushing. I never did.

Ok cool, i have struggled over the past few years with canna coco A and B. Had a few good grows but over all lots that failed. Here is my set up first. This will be the first time im using RO water as well.
Canna Coco pro 70/30 perlite
I do buffer with calimagic
1000 watt HPS/MH
4 x 2 T5 for seedling and early veg
PH 5.8
Temp around 76 to 82 F
EC depends on stage ( but have lots of trouble here) usually seedling .9 EC and veg 1.1 to 1.2.
RH 50 to 70
Nutrients Canna AB, Rhizo, cannazyme calimagic cal mag and PK13/14
5 x 5 grow tent
Exhaust blower
2 x oscillating fans
Start out in rapid rooter, then solo cup, then 1 gallon fabric then 2 or 3 gallon fabric.
I was using tap water starting EC .5 to .6 on my trencheon blue lab stick. So as you can see i was starting with pretty high ec. I found if i didn’t put a little calmag i got rust spots. My nute strengths are as follows
Seedling early veg
AB is 1.5 to 2ml/gallon
Calmag is 1.5ml/gallon
Rhizo is 5 to 10 ml/gallon
Cannazyme in later veg 5 ml/ gallon
Usually EC was 1.1 to 1.2 or 770 to 840 ppm on 700 scale. I find tgat if i get up to 840ppm i start to see toxcisity leaf tips curling. But then i back off a little to 770ppm and seems to help. Then i top it ,looks good for a few weeks under HID MH. Then last 3 grows i would water 30 minutes after lights on come back and check on them later and the plants were just hanging leaves look awful branches hanging trash.
But now in trying RO statting with this
Calmag 2 ml/gal
AB 2 ml/gal
Rhizo 10ml/gal
Ph 5.8
EC .8
Ppm 560 on 700 scale.
Idk if ypu got any recommendations on modified feed schedule that you know works. Any help grwatly appreciated

Brother I do the entire coco lineup. And don’t know anything about calimagic. I didn’t know canna has that line. I just use there schedule but I start at light feed and work up until I see a lil tip burn then back off. I just got the pk13/14 but I also add silica. My problems are sludge and ph swings. But other than that and the bloom nutrients being stupid expensive. I love it.

Ya calimagic is just GH calmag. I use the canna for coco line and i forgot to add i use boost as well. So you use tap or RO water and you don’t us calmag?

I use cannas calmag 5ml per gallon and use it the entire grow. And I use tap water
