I might of, but i doubt i did, maybe a little?

White Widow, ILGM, Auto.
Method: Natures Living Soil, Living Soil Technique: (solo cup in center of pot creating void) (remove solo cup, fill void w/Happy Frog only)
Vessels: 5g fabric.
PH of Water, Solution, runoff (6.2-6.8). Water 1/2 gallon per. Water only for now.
Indoor/shed 48x16x48 (old dreser box)
Vipar Spectar 1000, 100true watts. Currently in grow week 5, Lighting is 600-700 PPFD @18". Now for seedlings my DLI was fine i kept lights dimmed to 50% 320-370 PPFD @ 18"
Temps; 70-80 days, 52-76 nights
Humidity; 15-35 days, Nights, same
Ventilation system; Yes, 120mm case fans, 1 intake, 1 exhaust
no ac, no co2

As far as I can see, there’s no damage to them. The one in the first picture is starting to flower, and the other one is getting ready to. Those neon green tops are a dead give away.

They look fine. In general, defoliate only as necessary to maintain good airflow within the plant’s canopy.
