i am done with my set up hope the new idea’s work .

here i put a tote in a tote . at the end of the gravity fed system .
that way if the pump fails , any water will spill into the bigger tote .
i also took the bubble bucket idea and reversed it . kind of .
put my holes at the top , put elbow in and ran the air line 1/4 through it .------like this …
notice the angled cut , so it will go through.
then
and done .
as you can see the water is moving and bubbling just great .
and no foamy mess from a air stone . NO AIRSTONE FOR ME .
oh and the end tote in action
this is my hold /mixing /cooling and raised tote .
the gray line is pump to chiller , blue on far end is cold return line , ( that line i can run into the elbow , that i use to adjust the water flow with , if i want a faster flow .
blue line next to pump is the end of the run water being pumped back up to be cooled and start over again through the system .
i have my cooler in the corner , where i trap the hot air and move it outside .
you can also see my shutoff valve so i can stop all the water .
inside the tent i almost have the box built . to keep my water at the most even temp i can .
i will get the rest of the way caught up with more pics soon.
oh and this is a full system at 70 gallons of water .

3 lights mars hydro . 200 watts , 200 and a 250 . plus a UVA light and a uvb for the last two weeks .

so got the girls in all set up , the water is at pH 5.85 , ec seems low at 1.900 ,------ ppm are at 1200 , hope not too much for the little girls .
the DLI i turned up to 45 and humidity is at 70% .
temp is at 81f in the tent , water temp is at 67f . that means the vdp should be in range .
since these are photo’s should i raise the tent temp or am i good at 81f --Thanks all.
