I 2nd that!! They don’t ‘have’ to do anything, so it’s awesomesauce they take the time, 1 to be creative enough to make a contest and 2 give something usable!! 
I’d join every single one if I saw them in time & had my act together enough to find them and post … until then, I’m happy to vote for others!!
(Those who just complain, will always do that… and quite poss ruin it for the next contest, or lack of one)

How do i put a picture where my profile shows my name. Instead of a “P”, I want a picture. Is this under the profile header section in settings or is it the background section???

In the “profile” section, in the "Preferences " tab…
You’ll get this:
Just hit the pen/edit icon and point to the picture you want to use…

Just wanted to say with my comment above that i meant no intention that you moderators are anything less than spectacular. You are the backbone of this whole operation and do a wonderful job managing it. Greatly appreciate you all and what you do. Probably not necessary but just want to reinterate.
