So for the most part I was disappointed in that it wasn’t what we all thought it might be, expectation wise, on a Indian reservation, in a recreationally legal state, it was cool and all, and nice to get out of the house, but I thought by now I’d be in lala land on some jacked up THC edible but no…All CBD, and that’s cool for those who need it for medical reasons, and it was kind of a pathway to legalization in Connecticut in a few ways, guess I was expecting something like cannabis cup award kind of thing, the only thing I found interesting was a couple of kids set up there that are trying to get their “dirt” or rather substrate out to the public, they are based a town over from me in Colchester, got their business card, might give their product a shot at some point, wish I had some pictures to put up, but there was really nothing out of the ordinary that caught my eye.

It was boring for personal growers. I was disappointed but really didn’t expect a whole lot. I had on my ‘Captain Cannabis’ shirt from Snipers Cul De Sac Cultivators. I had planned on both days but I’ll be golfing tomorrow. I’m a stone mason so I picked up some Dispoze a bowls to save me on broken glass pieces at work

Yeah I saw those there lol also some kids with some kind of huge, hate to say it but…condom looking thing used for cleaning bowls, with some kind of lemon cleaner? Cleans out bongs supposedly spotless

Hyde’s gave me this, I’ve heard good things about Coast of Maine substrates, free dirt! I think I’ll give it a shot, they told me if I use this substrate for my grow, I don’t need fertilizers, just correctly balanced pH during watering, which I think is their gimmick maybe, but still, free dirt lol

And these guys are based in colchester, a town over from me.

Huh, local? I’d be willing to see what pricing and product is like…I’d rather buy soil local if it’s worth it.

There’s another xpo coming up at the XL center in May I think. I was thinking about going to. .issed this past one, sounds like I would have been alittle dissapointed anyways.
