Confused on technique

Ok. I dont see any nanners. Just maybe the start of some foxtailing. Those things that split have white hairs protruding right ?

I think I can see one nanner (maybe 2) but I see fox-tailing too. If they look like this spritz that nanner with water, then carefully pluck it off and put in a sealed baggie and toss it.

@anon34311147 @Caligurl @ChittyChittyBangin actually there’s 2 things going on one the pointy yellow thing and protrusions of a green color that open and have white hairs. and yes, harvest should be a week away. i did move the light further away and turned up the intensity of the light. so is it possible to salvage the plants and get a decent crop.

@anon34311147 @Caligurl @ChittyChittyBangin yeah i think those are nanners but i only see 2. i searched nanners and the problem might be from unstable light schedule. i some times forget to turn the light off or on. but probable only for minutes, sometimes for 1/2 an hour, but seldom not much longer than that. its only one plant with nanners. don’t know what fox tailing looks like. will have search that i guess. good to learn these things early in the game. thank you.

Yea the light stress can induce nanners… it can also induce the foxtailing…

Light stress for sure. It happens. Nothing to be ashamed about. I screwed up my first run. I am not judging you at all. Get a Vivosun digital double pole timer for your lights. Thats what i did the first week after i set up my tent. Hahahaha. I was forgetting left and right to turn them on and off. It got so bad that i didn’t leave the room to make sure i wouldn’t forget…lol… get that timer. It will be the best thing you could’ve done…

yeah, I’ve been planning to get one. it’s on the list of things i plan on getting. probable have to put it #1 on the list. the plan right now is to harvest next week. than i have to get some soil, maybe some nutes. i still have bergman nutes.

@Storm @Myfriendis410 @JaneQP @ChittyChittyBangin @DoneDeal @Bonjoyle an update on the plants. the lsting has me getting a little overwhelmed. have to get them back over the pot. kinda growing out of the lights footprint. other wise thing are going good. on the buds, they have turned a dark color. also the sugar are turning dark. picking nanners off daily. so a cell phone camera will focus in on the trichomes? or do i need a magnifying glass. i did a last flush last night with the sour diesels. buds look awesome.

Solid plants. First pic take a look inside. Thick. Check for mold and if have sprays for mold now is a preventive time. Growers ally has a sample bottle for 10 bux. 3 way protection. Good up to harvest day. Sample gives a gallon. Otherwise clean her up and send some breeze through her. Better safe than sorry.

yeah. been going through them just checking for anything odd. have a 20" fan on them 24/7, keep the temp in the low 70’s. was wondering about thinning them, will do that. thank you.

@DoneDeal @Bonjoyle @anon34311147 @Myfriendis410 @ChittyChittyBangin @LiesGrows ok i did something that i think was good. i realized my daughters have cell phones, so i asked one to come and check the trichomes. on one they were all clear and the other were all milky white. so i cut it down figuring it was over stressed anyway. and that it is ready and i do need a mild smoke. seeing no problems i’ll let the next one mature longer for some amber color. and the autos are showing different stages of growth i think. one looks to be starting the flower stage. i see a lot of white pistils on the bud sites. and the other is still in the veg stage and growing slow. but they are doing a lot better at staying green, no yellowing.

pictures? pictures of what? the trichomes? if so, i didn’t load them to my computer. just commenting a little on my thoughts. trying to finish this grow so i can concentrate on the next one. rethinking my overall plan for the next grow with all of the concerns that have been uncovered on the previous grows. you have all sort of pushed me to achieve perfection in this endeavor. thank you.

@DoneDeal @ChittyChittyBangin @anon34311147 @Storm @OGIncognito @Caligurl ok, here’s a look at the autos. these are as close as my camera will focus decent. anyway the white growth can be seen fairly decent today on the one plant and the other does not have them yet. 6 wks since planting sprouted seeds. and the buds will 10 wks flower stage tomorrow.
