What I see is swollen calyx but agree with @NeoGroR a few more pics to be sure.

Looks female to me . I’m not sure if this is fact, but any plant that I’ve grown that has popped a ball sac I’ve noticed they don’t have trichomes on them.(the ball sac) But that could just be my experience 
This plant previously had some ball sacks which were removed and the plant was moved away from the other girls.
We are hoping that she stays a girl, will get some more photos
