I actually germinated them in a paper towel. I threw them in these clear solo cups and used packing tape to tape them together. I put the germs in the cups 2 days ago. So they are actually 4 days old now and about an inch and a half. I never had sprouts this fast before. I’m just using coco and perlite as the medium. Jus thought I would share.

That is very similar to what many of us do but you should place the clear cups inside of opaque cups so the roots are not exposed to light.

Like @merlin44 said. You can develop algae or other issues with the medium exposed. Slip them in red solo cups. Keeps them dark, and you can easily check progress!
