Add about put your lights on full spectrum and run your dimmer to about 40% , the red light really help your root zone progress aggressively with infrared giving you stalk strength and the blue and white helps you foliage grows aggressive and green . Optic Slim 650S dimmeable i think has this new control panel you holding which is a very cool option , always research always and learn that N.P.K.

In my experience i would run it on the white and blues until the second set of fan leaves 
spawn out , than ill turn on the full spectrum right at the 3rd node and adjust the intensity from dimmer , the red and infrared is huge for bloom but just as important in veg as well . Just like blue light is huge in flower for terps and oil productions , so it woukd be super awesome if you can do intervals like white and blue for tge first 3 hours than full spectrum for the next 15 hours and than red and infrared the last 3 hours will simulate dawn high boon and dust sun sets which would totally kick ass .
You cannot loose with this panel , you should yield 3 pounds easy with 3 plants minimum if not 6 easy . Once you get the Dli dial in at light panel hanging height and intensity which will change in each strain but an average for par you will do fantastic. What nutrients are you running ?
You shoukd have a very advanced aggresive growth in you garden with super strong healthy huge buds !
Awesome info!! I am running PLENTIEVER S1000pro 10 bar light bars 2 of them in this room u see which is my budding room but started seeds in it! I have 2 plentiever s700pro 8 bar light bar in my veg room! Veg room is 5x10x9ft hight and this room u see is 11x11x10 ft high!! I made it bigger to bud in!!! Honestly i have neem studying the sun in new mexico for years by sight only and i have put my years of notes on the sun and my plants reactions throughout the grow season and i have logged it by pen and paper and sight memory and have tried to put it into this controller!! I played with my notes the lighTs and controller for 8 months before i started LED GROWING I TRUST MYSELF BUT I HAD TO SEE IT WITHOUT PLANTS FIRST For the extra confidence! I also have a light meter for LED’$ SO I CAN MEASURE PAR and PPFD IM AT ABOUT 40 INCHES AWAY FROM THE TOP OF THE PLANTS
Of course i have also done a lot of research on cannabis and such too lol
I use GH LINEUP MAXI SERIES! At end of budding i add DR. PEPPER! 1 WEEK OLD IN A GLASS!

IM AT About 440 PPM NOW AND 0.8 0.9…SOMETHING EC.! I tried to go higher i noticed difference in hours and flushed them and went back down to 420 440 ppm they didnt like 510ppm yet
I think i did this right. But that should be a link to the pictures of my twins. May be other pictures of it in the journal. I also had a giant Gorilla glue that grow im fairly sure was genetic mutation causing it to be so big. I had to feed it close to 2000ppm every other day in flower with cal-mag the other day or it would stay starving. It looked sad the entire grow and i just about threw it out in the beginning.
.who do it was just super hungry. It gave me near 1lb in the end once i finally got it happy…

Thats Nasa nutrients they used to grow bud on the Moon with in 1957 i think 
, many dont know but general hydroponis brand really grow big frosty buds that been in tge game since Dutchmasters Gold line is one of my favorites and Old Fashioned Nutrients is another great one that grows killer buds .

, nice im going look up this light , im always trying to find that next best light that has consistent efficiency and ive only found one brand so far but its has to be at least a few more by now .
What stage growth stage the plants rootzone are growing into as of now ?
40 inches mught be a bit high unless you germinating seedling to come up , if they establisged seedlings 
28 -36 inches and if they are in veg stage 18 -24 inches and you will have to find the intensity adjusting daily until you see massive explosive growth so if they growing and tou can see noticeable progress daily at 40% , ill add 10-20% intensity on the dial until you get to bloom phase , which should get to about 80% and after the stretch in transition for the first 3 weeks or 21 days , which is a base average from Three A Light Swazzy technique , after they finish the stretching to flower/bloom phase you dial youre dli in for that final canopy height and crank it all the way up and back off dial one 1/8 of a turn to just almost maxed and let it rip potatoe chip . This i must see 
, im loving the lights , just when i thought i had my mind made up shit . Uggg this lighting thing is working me but i know why , its okay i get it , but i cannot wait until i can replace all my stuff i just lost at a half ass setuo i tried helping and it just did not work . But if i had it i woukd have changed it all , so good and bad but the lights got my attention Sir and the Gardena is a control panel you buy ti run them with are it comes with the lights , probably separate but very cool .

DEFINATELY I AM AN ANCESTOR FOLLOWEr! The Aztecs the mayans etc all inspire me because of how the brought things to life that didnt exist!!! Anyhow check out the lights i did research these have 3480 led chips in each light ill send u photo of where i bought them it took me forever to decide on a light the reason why i cant keep them so close is they are way too powerful up at 24 inches the plants start to fold down at 36 so i put up to 40 and my plants ate 21 days old today. Roots are fat and all white finding fheir way down the bucket
My light meter is giving me a 790ppfd at top of canopy right mow. Jist adding the red yesterday i already see a diff…!
