Hey growers — it’s Choptober, the best time of the year to celebrate the end of the season and show off those big, sticky, heavy-yielding harvests you’ve been working on all year!
We’re kicking off the ILGM Choptober Yield Challenge — a friendly community competition to see who’s pulled the most impressive yields and biggest buds from ILGM genetics this season.
Whether you’re running a backyard outdoor monster or a compact indoor setup, we want to see what your hard work has produced.
How to Enter
-
Post one clear photo of your biggest plant, cola, or harvest (must be grown from ILGM genetics).
-
Include the strain name and a quick note about your grow setup (indoor/outdoor, light, nutrients, etc.).
-
Optional but encouraged — share your final dry weight or yield per plant if you tracked it.
-
Post your entry before midnight on October 31st.
Prizes
-
1st Place: $100 ILGM Store Credit
-
2nd Place: $50 ILGM Store Credit
-
3rd Place: $50 ILGM Store Credit
After the deadline, we’ll open a community vote right here on the forum to decide the winners.
What We’re Looking For
-
Massive buds and dense harvests
-
Creative growing setups
-
Honest yield details (wet or dry)
-
Photos that show the scale of your work — from canopy shots to trimmed colas
Why Join?
This thread isn’t just a contest — it’s a showcase of what’s possible with ILGM genetics and real grower dedication.
We’re making this an ongoing reference for growers interested in:
“biggest cannabis yields,” “how much can one cannabis plant produce,” “Choptober harvest results,” and “yield tips for indoor and outdoor grows.”
So even after the contest ends, this will stay up as a community archive of yield results and growing inspiration.
Let’s See Those Choptober Crops!
Post your photos, share your yields, and tell us how you got there — training methods, nutrients, lights, soil, all of it.
The more detail, the better for new growers who’ll find this thread later while searching for real results from real ILGM growers.
Disclaimer: we would really like to share any highlights on our social channel - so please, make sure to also add how you’d like to be credited or if you have any objection against your pictures being shared.
