I’ll snap a picture of one when I get home. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that since it’s basically shaped like a Whoopie cushion you load it up and when you press it you don’t get folds and wrinkles down the sides like you do on rectangular bags.
I’ve been pressing some bubble hash into rosin this morning and been getting blowouts left and right no matter how slow I go. It’s like my puck gets to that stage where the bags are wet through and totally sopping and then I go a c-hair more and I hear it pop. I’m trying to go slow And I’ve tried both single bagging and double bagging which doesn’t seem to make a difference for me
Any thoughts?

Are you using the 90 micron ones from the picture above or a 25 or 37 for bubble?

145F and using 37 micron rectangular 1.5x4” bags from The press Club. It’s not ripped seams. It’s the bag popping. I can hear and feel it go when it happens.
Maybe use a larger micron bag?

25 and a 90 would be perfect idk why it’s popping though the temp and everything are in the right range.
@NeoGroR it’s a Rosineer presso press it’s amazing by been small and portable. After I get the rosin out the pucks are decarbed so I infuse it with a magic butter

Maybe bump the heat up 5 to 10 degrees and try that or double bag the 37 into a 160 micron.

I’m sure the lower quality material is to blame. Works amazing with the best quality stuff. I actually had a bag pop so hard yesterday - I was taking it really easy and hear the tiniest little “pfft” and knew I was hosed so I just cranked it instantly and was like eff this and pressed lief just starts shooting out the front of my press right at my chest 
I actually stuck my hands out and caught it

I’ve been pressing with the dullytek 6 ton press and dullytek bags no blowouts with full pressure not using kief or bubble hash but flower maybe the bags are sub quality I’ve read some will blow out easier than others possibly try another brand
Worth a try - I’m not gonna say no freakin way to that idea but over time these Press Club bags have proven to be high quality and the internet at large seems to agree. Also I don’t have this issue when pressing flower. Kief is more challenging and requires a lot more finesse and patience.
Anyone ever try pressing Kief in a coarser bag like 90 Micron?
I realize that will decrease the quality of the end result and have more waxes and lipids in the rosin… maybe refining over multiple presses like doing a 90 and then pressing that through a 37 or a 25….
Or what if I used a 90 as the inner bag and a 37 on the outside? I always have done it the other way like the finer bag on the inside and heavier outside for strength but maybe if I went coarse on the inside it will let it flow better and the 37 will filter out the garbage I don’t want that comes through the 90. Maybe?

By the way, I know I’m crazy. I’d be so much better off just taking this lower grade stuff and throwing it in something like a source turbo extractor but I’ve got what I’ve got.

In have no experience here yet but my mind is thinking like yours on this.
Course bag on inside of finer bag. The other way around your outside course on the outside isn’t doing anything if it’s already smashed through a finer bag. Just thinking out loud with ya. Hoping to be here by 1st of the year.

Yeah screenshift you take your dry trim Larf or whatever make sure it’s dry then use your trim bin screen or they make multi-sized sift screen sets you just rub your dry product over the screens crumbling it and rubbing it Knocking the trichomes off do that a few times and you’ve got a huge pile of Kief under the screens kind of the same process as bubble hash but without water if that makes sense then you can roll the kief into a ball of hash, or put on flower, or press search Amazon for dry sift screens or you can use the trim bin screen doesn’t collect as much as the set can also watch some videos on it

The bag you have is perfect 4 it. I would say stick 2 your method but let it warm up longer before u press it down n lock it. Try running 45 seconds between press before u squish all the way down
Those press club bags are perfect t way better than the dabpress bags those r cheap quality

I let it pre heat for about 70-90 sec barely tight then slowly crank it up to full press using 12-20 grams of flower roughly 115, 2-4 min,
Same here some times I go 2 slow but I been loving loving returns
