Don’t take big deep hits when smoking, rule #1 regardless of what your smoking.
This is how you damage the lining in your lungs and your throat, most long term or heavy hitters have a permanent tickle in their throat that makes them cough like they smoke cigarettes.
If you don’t have this yet then be preventative and don’t get it! My dad has it he’s 79 and my girlfriend who’s been smoking carts heavy for a year and a half now has it everytime she smokes even just a bit.
I get it if I hit to hard, so I really try and avoid it.
I have an electric nector collector, I use the yocan Loki but I have an airis 8 on the way.
My girlfriend likes them, I want more flavour yet so i may get a Gpen Roam or a Dr dabber boost evo $$

That’s what I have, finally gotta banger and got away from the titanium bowl.
My buddy has the Dr dabber and that thing turned on power 2 knocks my hat in the creek

Yea these e dab rigs are king but they are not as portable or convent as a nector collector.
Normal dab rigs or bongs with bangers need an E nail, otherwise your over heating your dabs and wrecking the experience.

An E nail is an electrical heating device that heats the glass banger where you place the dabs.
It keeps the temp dialed in.
People using a torch are doing it cave man style torching terps, totally. Guessing

If you like non portable then you cna go plug in and they are heavy duty.
But now companies make devices you can use instead of a banger and an E nail.
