What size inline fan do I get for a 2x4 and are all carbon filters pretty much the same or are some better at reducing smell? I need the best fan/carbon filter combo. My tent will be in the garage but my roommate would highly prefer not to smell anything if they have to go into the garage. (Boomer that has been brainwashed by anti cannabis propoganda for most of their life)

Look at AC Infinity Cloudline Series. 4 to 6 should be good for a 2x4. I use an 8 in in my 12x8 and i need to go bigger. You can get a controller 69 pro and control your exhaust wirelessly and monitor your temps amd humidity and vpd

Ac is awesome for fans and such but for carbon filters I recommend Phresh or Can-Lite

So like a can lite 6 inch with an AC infinity inline fan?
You’ll want 6" fan if going with ac infinity and carbon filter. Scotts miracle gro now owns can filters, so I wouldn’t buy them. If you want a good filter mountainair if you want more budget friendly people seem to like the ac infinity filters.
