Today is candy making day! Once I get myself going, I’ll be taking 1.5 oz of quality buds (amnesia haze & bag seed) & infusing it into 2/3 cup ghee via my instant pot (which will also simultaneously decarb the herb). Then, I will melt 11.5 ozs of Guittard dark chocolate with half the budder & 2 tbsp of espresso powder. From there, the mixture will be placed into a mold, making 30 ½oz candies (1-3 servings each, depending on tolerance).
