can someone take a look at this picture and tell what’s wrong? The grower describes it as red spots.

Definitely need the grow information to make any decision but initially I would check the pH and look closely for bugs. I think about 90% of all grow problems come from not keeping the pH regulated. (Oh No, I’m channeling MagGuyverStoner again). Well, if I have to channel someone, I could do a lot worse than him. He has helped most of us at least one time or another.
It seems the tips of this leaf are browning. (Love the zoom option) this leaf looks very thick and green. Maybe this is a nute burn. I would try flushing and reset, so to speak.
Possibly too much nitrogen.
