My anecdotal experience suggests it can last at least 2 weeks, though I top up with additional molasses (i.e. fuel) every week. The longer you keep it the higher the risk of environmental contamination I’d expect. So at least clean out the bucket between batches. I use about a gal per week, so next time I’ll make 2-3gal

Solid work! Teas are simply amazing. Make sure you are adding a good amount of molasses. The sugars in it are one of the main aspects of the tea. All the microbes ect. need somthing to feed on. Try adding alittle bio-live to it. (From Down to Earth) Great stuff and pretty cheap.
You never want to brew a tea for longer than 36hrs. 48hrs is ok but really pushing it. Once you turn the air stone off you should us it within the hr. (You can run some off and put it in the fridge for a few days. Won’t be as potent as fresh)
Once you exceed that 48hr mark you can start to go anaerobic. This is no good for the life of your soil.

Damn I was going to add bio live but I was unsure Im like I kno it’s beneficial but ehhhh … wow n yea I was like 72 hours jus seems so long but it says up 72 hours or until u think it done… N if it doesn’t smell sweet then it’s no go… but yea I’m learning more on that an I was going put some glacial rock dust by Gaia green into my super silver Haze top soil but I don’t wanna screw her up very sensitive I killed my first super silver Haze but this one so far so good. an by the way zdoes any one kno if I could or should use glacial rock dust by Gaia green was going to give some to super silver Haze but again I’m very skeptical I killed last one n I can’t afford to f up again lol

Besides canna coco they now have gorilla boost coco and it’s great stuff too. I use canna coco and tried the gorilla boost when I seen it at local shop and it’s great stuff. Already buffered and they have a super buffered blend too which is what I used. Great stuff clean and super good for the canna plants so far. I don’t add perlite or anything to it just coco and jacks 321 with some additives.

Build a soil calls for 1 cup per cubic foot of soil for this dust to amend or top dress for plants. Says it does not burn plant roots either and is safe to use. Check out build a soil Gaia green

Yeah ive found the bagged coco coir thats rehydrated cost a lot more per bag than the dehydrated bricks. I used to use mother earth 70/30 coco perilite blend but you just get more bang for your buck with bricks. I need to get with my local grow shop owner and see if he can get some in. Hes recently started stocking the small jacks additive bags but not the regular part a and b yet

Ooh I tried cocoloco and had a super bad experience with it almost killed the plants it was planted in it. Took a long time to get it strait and for me to get it strait and growing good had tof transplant it in a mix of ocean forest and coco mixed. Grew great then but I was so wanting to try coco at that time. Almost turned ne away from coco til I tried canna coco bricks and now I’ll never switch back to soil

Yea Im goin grab a brick or two Friday… hey does anyone know if I’m supposed to use jacks bloom booster when I Flipp light or at first sigh of bud cause I read to use it at flip n in middle of flower witch seems odd… well my bad jaxks321 website says to use it weeks 1an2 of transition

Jus flipped light 2 days ago to 12-12 feeding was jacks321 now is jacks classic bloom booster 10-30-20 then after 1-2weeks back to the 3.2.1. I’m starting to understand jacks lil more I think an I deff like the outcome so far

No its 1 tbsp per gallon of medium. You’ll burn through your dry amendments the plant can and will only uptake what it needs as it grows, also remember that dry amendments are “Decomposing Fertilizers” the decomposition starts within 3-4 days and finishes within 29-31 days
