Lower leaves will fade and die off with plant age.
There is only one? Just kidding… what are you feeding it vs light option vs what type of soil?
Gonna try to answer these lol. Im thinking its a nutrient issue? Im using the 3 top fox farm nutes. The plant is 41 days old. I think I stumped it in the beginning but it seems to be growing well now. I just dont know why the leaves are turning. Hope this helps.

Will offer what I can, I am a lazy grower though so you might need more knowledge than I have…
Your temp jumps out for me as a flag. Plants survive in a number of conditions, thriving is different than surviving.
90 feels like it’s to hot in the light/growing environment…. Most recommend under 80. I run around 75
Your light strength might be the next thing I would consider. Your top leaves look to have more color. With a light in that wattage are you close enough to the plant for lower areas to get support?
They don’t look big enough to have outgrown the pot, so there are other questions about details in your soil and feeding that I will let others get after.
One thing to call out, you plant roots need a certain PH to be able to pull in the nutrients for usage.
That means you could give them everything they want but… if you PH of the water and soil is outside the matching window window. They can’t absorb the food in the water.
Gonna drop my 5 cents although I am very inexperienced: check for fungus gnarts. This brown spot in her bottom leaf as per your picture looks like you could have some of these nasty larvaes munching her roots. Its easy to spot the adults they are tiny black flies, very tiny. And as you approach the pot with your face just exhale a few times they come right at it chasing the CO2, or would just fly out the surface of the soil, either way you should be able to easily spot it. It took me ages to realise I had this problem as it can look like a lot of other problems.
